Global Energy – Professional Shipping and Insurance for Imported and Local Products

1. General Provisions
Global Energy provides delivery of imported products and pre-orders using professional services of reliable international and local carriers. The Company ensures the safe, timely, and insured transport of goods according to international standards and local regulations.

2. International Delivery

  • International shipments are carried out under FCA terms, with prepayment for products and services.

  • All international shipments are fully insured until the point of handover to the buyer or agreed carrier.

  • The cost of international delivery depends on the type of cargo, loading location, distance, delivery complexity, and chosen method of transport. Shipping companies determine these costs, which are included in the main offer and invoice or offered as an optional service. Cost calculation is performed after order details and delivery location are confirmed.

  • Delivery times depend on the product type, quantity, and loading location, typically ranging from 1 week to 6 months or more for oversized or bulk orders.

  • For small items, Global Energy also uses express mail services for the delivery of spare parts or optional items.

  • Global Energy does not provide services in regions with active hostilities or high risks to health and life.

3. Local Delivery within Georgia

  • Local shipments are delivered by professional and reliable local carriers.

  • Insurance for local transport is provided upon customer request or when required by contract.

  • The cost of local delivery also depends on the type of cargo, loading location, distance, complexity, and method of transport, calculated and indicated in the invoice or included in the main offer.

  • Standard delivery times range from 1 to 10 working days depending on the type of product and services.

  • Technical services (monitoring, diagnostics, installation, dismantling, maintenance, repair) may also be performed outside regular schedule, including weekends.

4. Special Conditions

  • All shipments, both international and local, are organized to ensure maximum safety and accountability.

  • Additional services such as transport of old units, dismantling, and delivery outside standard schedule are charged separately if not included in the contract.

  • Customers are advised to review delivery conditions before placing an order to ensure full compliance with contractual and insurance terms.
