Global Energy – Professional Payment and Delivery Terms in Georgia and Export

1. General Provisions
The terms of payment and delivery depend on the type of customer and prior agreement. These provisions apply to all products and services provided by Global Energy within Georgia and for export to other countries.

2. Payment Terms

  • For individual customers, full prepayment is required for all products and services, including imported goods and pre-orders.

  • For corporate or government tenders, Global Energy offers optimal payment terms or agrees with the customer’s proposed terms. These terms are agreed upon in advance and incorporated into the contract.

  • Services related to monitoring, repair, testing, installation, dismantling, delivery, or transportation of the customer’s old units are additionally payable unless explicitly included in the purchase agreement.

  • Payment for products and services must be completed prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery Terms within Georgia

  • Standard delivery occurs after full payment or according to prior agreements.

  • Delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 working days, depending on the type of product and services.

  • Technical services (monitoring, diagnostics, installation, dismantling, maintenance, repair) may also be performed on weekends or outside standard schedule.

  • These terms apply only to territories of Georgia that are not occupied.

4. Export and Re-export

  • Delivery to other countries (e.g., Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine) is carried out under FCA terms with prepayment for products and services.

  • Global Energy does not provide services in territories affected by active hostilities or occupied areas with high risks to life and health.

  • Delivery times depend on the type, quantity, and loading location of products and typically range from 1 week to 6 months or more for large or oversized orders.

5. Special Conditions

  • Corporate and government tenders have individually negotiated terms.

  • Additional costs associated with transportation, dismantling, and delivery of old units are borne by the customer if not included in the contract.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on logistics, local conditions, and product availability.
